Barbecue chicken baby! Actually, it's not barbecue. Or maybe it is. Truthfully, I'm not sure what the story is on these bright orange chickens, I've never had any while in Vietnam and have never thought to ask. These carts are everywhere though and they certainly do look yummy. Actually, I've seen video of similar bright red chickens in other countries like Thailand.
