The northern side of the former demarcation line between North and South Vietnam, the Ben Hai River. To the left of the new bridge is the old bridge, bombed during the war and rebuilt in 1973. The building is a replica of the old guard station. During the American war the area south of the DMZ saw some of the bloodiest fighting of the war.
