Beautiful Ha Long Bay, a UNESCO world heritage site, is located in the Gulf of Tonkin. It is made up of around 1,600 islands and islets, hundreds of which contain underground caverns and most of which are uninhabited. We rented a boat for the day and cruised around the islands, had lunch on the boat, visted a cave and took a swim on an island beach.
